The Oyster Collective is a group of Irish oyster farms who individually grow and pack Irish oysters. The collective is a representative group which advocates for their family businesses. The Oyster Collective is committed to highlighting the high quality and provenance of their products all farmed and sourced from Irish coastal waters.
