Founded in An Rinn, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Waterford Oysters is a family-led oyster farm rooted in tradition and sustainability. From their site at Móta—by the sea—they purify and pack oysters grown in pristine Celtic Sea waters, and are proud members of the Origin Green sustainability programme.
Oysters from Dungarvan have been described by critics as the 'dessert oyster' and a delight to taste - a well-balanced salty and sweet truffle from the sea. They have a citrusy note, sometimes earthy, and a clean cucumber finish.
