The oysters are farmed at Doorus Point in Kinvara Bay which is based at the foothills of the Burren.
The oysters have a sweet taste with high levels of minerality provided from the Burren limestone, the oysters are balanced with a briney aftertaste from the oceanic waters in Galway Bay.
